Did you grow today? Most people are not capable of telling if they grew at the end of the day or on a particular day. This is not good. If you are looking to improve your life, you should assess growth on a daily basis.

Daily growth is what leads to weekly growth, then to monthly growth, then quarterly growth, and ultimately yearly growth.

If you are unable to track your daily growth, it will be complicated to access your weekly growth or monthly growth.

There are many ways of tracking daily growth. Like writing down all the things you’ve achieved on a particular day, etc. But how are these ways effective?

Writing Down Your Daily Achievements Is Not an Effective Way of Accessing Daily Growth

In as much as writing your daily achievements feel like a logical way of accessing growth, it is not effective.

We are all under different schedules, some people have more time than others. Those with less time might feel inadequate when writing or ticking one or two tasks completed.

Those with a lot more time might feel confident that they are growing for completing…
