In this article, I will give you a process that will help you overcome your thoughts and free your mind.
Step 1: Be Happy And Grateful
The first step is to be happy and grateful. No matter what you are going through. No matter the situation. You are alive, there is so much to be grateful for.
Take your time, find the good, and be happy and grateful for it. This can take you days or weeks doesn’t matter. Important is you are finally happy and grateful.
This will help you rethink, recollect, reflect, and heal in a magical way. This will help you see life differently. You will be on a completely different wavelength.
Step 2: Be Completely Positive
The second step is to be completely positive.
Be positive about the future. Be positive about your life. Fill your life with positivity and good vibes.
Doing this will bring positive and constructive thoughts. This is likely to increase your creativity and set you on a journey to become your best self.
The higher you go the better. This is also another height that nourishes your soul and brings positive and creative thoughts.
Step 3: Focus On Your Goals
What do you what to do with your life? Focus on that.
This can vary from doing charitable works, sports, learning a new skill to starting and running a business.
Whatever you feel like doing, do that. If it’s an insane passion that’s far much better.
Let’s say you have a regular job or want to look for one to pay the bills. That’s absolutely fine. You can still work on your passion on the side.
You can be a banker during the day and an admirable painter during the night and on weekends. That is if your work is not that tight and allows some time for yourself.
This step aims to fully maximize the constructive and creative thoughts from the previous step. Synching your flow of thoughts with a passion to produce results.
Step 4: Ignore (Free Your Mind)
Ignore what you don’t want in your life. Ignore the thoughts, emotions, vibes, and anything else that you don’t want.
If you are struggling with bad thoughts ignore them. If you are struggling with a specific thought, ignore it.
Don’t say no
If you are struggling with something, don’t say no to it.
Saying no makes you think about it. Thinking about it maintains the connection between you and the thing you don’t want. So you will never be able to unhook and be free.
When you ignore something there is no link between it and you. If you ignore a thought, there is no link between you and the thought. Eventually, the thought will go away.
If you combine this with being happy, being grateful, and being positive while pursuing your passion. You can overcome almost anything mentally.
This is universal. You can apply it anywhere in this process. It is the glue that holds everything together.
The main purpose of it is to ensure you move forward and keep progressing. It also prevents you from falling back.
This is a technique that can be used in other facets of life. It is known to some of the greatest minds of all time.
Mother Teresa once said,
“I will never attend an anti-war rally; if you have a peace rally, invite me.”
She knew saying no to war will never end the war. But completely ignoring war and promoting peace will truly bring peace.
