Reading this reminded me of the the "5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins. The 5 second rule basically helps you program your brain for productivity by ensuring you wake up within the first 5 seconds after an alarm rings. Doing this helps you to act before you think. Our brains are programmed to give us comfort, so relying on them to do the thinking so that we can get the work done is totally the wrong approach. That was a nice read. Thanks for sharing. 😊
