Taking a walk or moving outside for some fresh air and to interact with nature is massively important. Even just an hour a day is enough.

Staying indoors without getting outside hugely affects our mental health. You tend to be more prone to mental blocks, unhappiness, lack of creativity, etc. As you've put it, this also leads to demotivation.
