The Continuous Need for Dopamine Can Be Solved by This One Thing
The thirst can be quenched for good, you don’t have to go back
I analyzed how most people lived and one thing stands out. The need to please the soul, the need to make the person inside feel better. Then a question popped in my head, must man or woman continue pleasing the person inside to live a happy contented life?
It has always intrigued me, seeing how different people live and wonder what leads to one thing or the other. A party freak wants to feel nice and fill the imaginary void inside. So, he will keep partying for as long as he can afford it.
A person who doesn’t party on the other hand most likely will be into a habit that he doesn’t like about himself or herself. Like smoking, binge eating, binge-watching, etc. All for the dopamine.
A low-key guy who thinks he is in control and society thinks he is doing fine since he doesn’t exhibit any bad habits externally, might be secretly addicted to porn or something else.
Then it hit me, must man always have a way to feel nice to survive? Must the person inside be pleased for things to move?
What is this void? Must it be filled? Does it even ever fill? And is there any other way?
