The Only 2 Things I Want To Learn This Year (and Why It’s So Important)
Gradual progress that lasts is better than rapid progress
Lasting changes take time to implement. In the past few years, I have adopted to learn one of two vital skills in a year.
Unlike drastic instant changes. It’s far much better to adopt a few good habits at a time.
That way the habits get to stick. You are also less likely to feel overwhelmed by the changes hence minimizing chances of relapse.

This is one of the best mindsets you can have if you aim to improve your life. Knowing good things don’t happen overnight, they take time and hard work.
Below are some of the things I have already been able to achieve.
- Having a narrow circle.
- Doing away with toxic friends.
- Being debt-free and being in a position where I don’t need debt.
- Doing away with alcoholic drinks.
- Significantly kicking out perfectionism from my life, etc.
